1. Booking: To secure your photography session date, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be received no later than 5 days before the scheduled shoot date.

2. Payment: Credit, Debit, Check, Cash acceptable

3. Cancellation: Cancellations made by the client must be communicated via email at least 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot to receive a full refund of the payment, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot will result in forfeiture of the entire payment, including the deposit.

4. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their shoot at no additional cost with at least 7 days' notice. Rescheduling within 7 days of the shoot may incur a rescheduling fee.

5. Weather Conditions: If a shoot needs to be canceled due to inclement weather, we will offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, including the deposit.

6. Client Illness: In case of client illness or a health emergency, the deposit will be retained, but any/all payment will be refunded.

7. Photographer's Discretion: The photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a shoot due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, illness, or emergencies. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, to include any deposit.

8. Arrival Time: Clients are should arrive 10-15 minutes early for their scheduled shoot. Delays may result in a shorter session, and no refunds will be given for time lost due to client tardiness.

9. Usage: Caroline Belue retains the copyright to all images and may use them for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon under special arrangements with the client.

10. Delivery of Photos: Previews (4-8 images) will be provided within 48 hours of a session. Post-production and delivery of edited photos typically take 7-10 business days. Clients will receive high-resolution digital images through a secure online gallery or digital download, and access to all RAW images upon request only. Images will be backed up for one year following each shoot, in the event of corruption or client loss.
